+ -1 moreI did not like them because the price was ridiculous; it was overkill. They sent out a salesman who tried to sell me stuffs that I really did not need, and kept insisting that it was a necessary thing. You can imagine what they wanted to do. They wanted to do a lot of digging around the house and in the basement. Through negotiations, they lowered the price, but it was still too high.
Description of Work: I had Northeast Ohio Waterproofing come to replace our sewer pipes, but I had to cancel the contract.
