Did not go well. They did not test the dryer before leaving. Repairman failed to show three days in a row. Reconciled with the company and they came out and replaced dryer, extended warranty to two months. Six weeks later, dryer no longer produces heat. Made appointment for 6:30 pm, no show, no call. They would not answer phones until I called from a different number. Showed up the following day and did not have the parts to fix the problem. Promised to show the following day between 10 and 12 pm. I am writing this review as I wait for them. It is going on 4 and they still have not showed. There is no sense of urgency, no accountability. I can't get ahold of the owner, they don't answer the shop phone. The representative I am in contact with has excuse after excuse of why he has not showed up to fix the issue. I would not recommend this company to anybody. It would have been worth the extra money to get new appliances.
Description of Work: Bought used washer and dryer, had my current washer and dryer hauled out.
