LOCK DOCTORS

I had Michael Teagle over on April 12 to replace some locks and handles.. He has never got back to me about the replacement handles... since itnow May 17.. i'm out the ~$300 that I gave him with a check... Unfortunately I wouldn't trust Lock Doctor again... such a scam.. in other words.. a scam

I asked for a price multiple times before he completed the work. The first time I learned of the cost was when I got an invoice. That's probably my fault - but it also took him a month to complete the work.

It went great!! It was a Sunday night at 10PM and I called Lock Doctors. Michael came out within 30 min and he removed the key and cut me a new truck key on the spot. He really new exactly what he was doing and very professional. For me it was crucial because I needed my truck for work the next day and I was stuck. I will only use Lock Doctors from now on for any lock needs.

It went extremely well.?After I explained to Mr. Teagle that I needed quick service, he agreed to make a service call the same day. He arrived right on time, looked at the locks and explained that one?of the deadbolts and one of the knob locksets , for security reasons, should be replaced - I agreed.He gave me an approximate time of 40 minutes. It did not take that long. His total invoice price was very reasonable. He also told me that if I should ever need to replace an automobile key his price is less than a car dealer's. I highly recommend? "LOCK DOCTORS"? and will use their services for all of my locksmith needs in the future.?

Michael was friendly and responsive from the get go, fantastic about wanting to help us get hardware that matched the house.  But he really proved his expertise by matching a skeleton key to an old lock on the sunroom that we loved but figure would have to be replaced.  He's a third generation locksmith, and it showed. And we came in under budget! Will recommend him to friends!
