EXCELLENT JOB....I feel they went above and beyond what I expected. I would definately recommend this company for remodeling and would hire again.

Was promised a photo in advance which did not happen. The day they brought the tree I was not happy with it. Was told to "give it time" (6 months). Still is a hideous looking tree. Now they are not willing to replace it. Was treated terribly and they did not care at all that I had been a loyal customer. Very arrogant and not at all customer-focused. Will never do business with them again and will not recommend them. They should not be on Angie's List. They lost the contract at my place of employment as well.

Overall the work they have done for me has went very well. On time and at the quoted price.

Impact was contracted by the community developer to grade and hydro-seed my yard. The job on the front yard was passable, but the backyard was very poor. There were holes left on the sides and in some parts when you step on the soil your foot can go down almost 1 inch down.

We had a pretty specific look in mind to fit our old house and Joe did a good job of making it happen. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and gave us options. Even took us to the stone yard to pick the rocks that would be drilled for our water feature. Nice guy, responsive to questions/concerns and completely honest. Crews were great, too. The price wasn't cheap, but the quality of the work was excellent. We love our new patio.

He was straight forward and easy to deal with. I was pleased with the work. He did a great job. He was a little pricey.

We met with Joe and Rebecca (designer) to go over our ideas and then go over the plans once they were completed. Both were easy to work with and steered us in the right direction when we were unsure of our choices. The actual work began in a timely manner and the crew arrived every scheduled day, working diligently and considerately. Nick and Norm did the bulk of the work and they did an impressive job. They cleaned up every night before they left and were very responsive to any concerns or changes we had. The additional crew that worked on the installation of the landscaping worked quickly and neatly. They reseeded any areas of lawn that the Bobcat ran over during the excavation of the patio. We could not be more pleased with how our yard and patio turned out!

They quote by the installed yard ($65). The price seems a bit steep but the job was well done. The wait time was a bit long, but they kept me updated. Two men spent the day installing. They missed some spots but came back promptly to correct the work.
