 + -1 moreMR. MACZKO'S BID WAS COMPETITIVE ALTHOUGH NOT CHEAP. HE WAS PROMPT AND DEMONSTRATED A LOT OF INTEREST IN DOING THE WORK. WE DECIDED ULTIMATELY, HOWEVER, TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO WAS REFERRED TO US AS A MASTER CONTRACTOR FOR THE PARTICULAR SHINGLE WE CHOSE.
Description of Work: CONTRACTOR WAS REFERRED TO US BY A NEIGHBOR WHEN WE WERE SEEKING BIDS FOR A COMPLETE TEAR-DOWN AND RE-ROOFING OF OUR HOME. HE HAD PERFORMED THE SAME WORK FOR OUR NEIGHBOR, WHO GAVE HIM HIGH PRAISE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HIM, AND FOUND HIM PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE, AND WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN.
