Company contact, Beth, stated the company would not give me any information as to the unit they would replace my current hot water tank with without a rep coming to my home first - this in the middle of a pandemic of covid. I asked to speak to a tech and was denied. I asked why the rep had to come to my house to discuss the matter and was simply told - "It's our policy." I said that I want to know the manufacturer and model. I was denied,??? What kind of company denies information to a prospective customer?? They want to sell me a hot water tank replacement without first discussing the matter???
