Out of the 700 dollars I paid him 375. When he came to the house he worked for only 1.5 hours, and he put less time on the deck. I had to go to the bank with my wife to pay him. I had to go to work to he gave my wife a ride home. She then payed him 200, he did not give my wife a receipt. I paid him $125 for the down payment for the deck, which gave me a receipt. He did not follow the proper directions on the product when cleaning our siding. He never used the brush to clean the siding. When was done it look the exact same, and his response was that my home needed to painted. He did not use a second application, and he didn't use the brush to clean the house. He then told me he could paint house for 1,200. He did power wash the house, but it did not turn out good. The house looks the same. He only used the power washer to strip the paint, but he did not use a stripper on the deck. Now I have to do the job over again.

Once I gave him the money upfront, but we were still back at the same place. Then when I talked to him over the phone July 24th both us ordered a product over the phone from home depot that I paid for. I was going pick up the product for him. To my surprise when I went to go pick up the product the home depot representative inform me that he order the wrong product. The product cost 85.07 with the reference #329634. When I told him the that he purchased the wrong product, we decided that we would get a better product. The better product actually was half of the product that we wanted to use. The bottom line is that I paid for a double wrong product. I paid $42 cash for the right product. 

After I came home with the correct product, I have not been able to talk to him since. He wont take my calls or return my calls. I think this was because I asked him to re-strip the deck. I even offered to pay him more strip the deck again.

I also paid him an extra $35 for handyman services, and he did not give me a receipt (fix the sink, and the blinds).

I accepted the fact that the house needs to be painted, but I need him to comeback and redo the deck. He should have done this the first place. I have left him multiple messages, and no returned calls.
