When service was performed, it was very good. Starting this Spring, the lawn was not mowed regularly and I had to call them to get them out. Following some landscaping (which was delayed but ultimately performed), provider just stopped coming to cut grass leaving me in a lurch. I don't even know if they are still in business but I've had to look for another company now in the middle of the season.

I don't remember if it was through Angie's List or not, but 3 years ago I decided the little time my husband was home, I wanted him to be able to spend with our family. I wanted to find someone reasonable and reliable to mow our lawn. I was a little worried about getting estimates because our lot is over 1/2 acre, and I was afraid it was going to cost a fortune! But we have 4 kids, and I wanted my husband to have more time with all of us because at the time he wasn't home much.
Matt Miller, the owner of National Lawn and Landscape came out and gave us an estimate, and I couldn't believe how reasonable it was - so we signed up with them immediately!  Matt is terrific! He's just the nicest guy - he's also very professional and great to work with!
The first thing we had them do was a spring clean up and mulching. They did exactly as we asked, and the price for cleaning up our beds (weeding), edging, and mulching was only $300. I would've liked a heavier mulching, but that was my husband's fault because he could've paid a little more for that - National will do things however you want them done, and they truly want you to be happy.
They started the 1st season, and were there to mow our lawn without fail! Every time it needed to be mowed, it was mowed - they were really on top of things! After a couple of mowings, Matt told my husband we could get an additional discount if we wanted to pay for the services upfront.
I'm glad he didn't tell us that before we'd had them mow a few times because we've had very bad luck with some other companies who've offered payment upfront discounts, and I would've been very suspicious and reluctant. Since we'd gotten familiar with Matt and his exceptional work ethic, we hopped right on the discount! And, when we pay upfront, it includes as many mowings as are required during the season! It really works out best for everyone.
Matt and the other guys always do an amazing job for us. They're are always reliable, friendly and polite, and they're always careful with our property.This year is our 3rd year using Matt and his guys, and in addition to mowing we had them apply lawn treatments. Once again, we've been thrilled with their services.
Again ... I wouldn't use any other lawn care company! They're honest, very reliable, and reasonably priced. Matt has a great work ethic and a great deal of integrity!

I call the Saturday before Thanksgiving. I left a message asking to clean up my lawn before Thanksgiving because I was having
family visit. They came at the beginning of the week and do a great job.

They're here every week on time and get the job done. Not a lot of personal contact.

The company wasn't able to start the work until 3 or 4 weeks after we called them which was disappointing, but they did a great job once they made it out to the house.  They accomplished more than I expected which was a pleasant surprise since I wasn't at the house to direct them, and they were very professional when dealing with me on the phone.

It took 3 phone calls by me to get it scheduled, but once they got here they did a good job.

Wonderful service. Pay once a year for all the mowing / edging/ cleanup for the whole summer season.
This year they are also doing my beds. Edging / weeding / mulch.
This is a great provider and happy to renew with them this year.

They did a very good job. They were very polite and professional. They were on time and cleaned up after they were done. The work was just fine, I didn't have any problems with it at all. I would use them again if I have a need for it. My interaction with the provider was good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Their service was excellent.  The grass was cut promptly and regularly.  They always cleaned up after the  job.  I would come home from work and you couldn't tell anyone had been there except the lawn looked great.  Would I use them again?  Of course, I have already signed up for another year.

This was exactly what I needed! Once the agreement was in place, I never had to think about the yard again (or worry that the whole neighborhood was talking for all the wrong reasons!). After our initial conversation, the 25-week package just took care of itself. The vendor identified other nearby homes that use the service, too - right off the top of his head. Apparently, I was just the last one to find out about this great provider!

The job went well. I did not continue to use their service. Everything they did went well. Scheduling was easy and they crew was easy to work with. I could see some high and low areas in the grass that makes it seem like it was rushed a little.

They did a very nice job. We have contracted to use them throughout the season now and they gave it to us at a reasonable price. They now come every week. Scheduling went well and the lawn looks great.

The service turned out fine. I wanted a bid and they gave me a bid and they did the job.

Once he comes in, he is good at what he does. He is very difficult to get hold of. Has no e-mail, and does not return calls promptly. Very good-natured, positive attitude, willing to help - all very nice, except frustrating when he is unresponsive. I am looking to the next year when he said he will get rid of all the weeds in my yard - leftovers from my previous lawn treatment guy who was a disaster.

Went very well. I explained what needed done.  I had some questions regarding the landscape. All questions answered effectively. Very profession job. Done within the time purchased. Work was scheduled on a day that was best for me.
I will definitely use them again for next year.

National Lawn and Landscape has made beautiful improvements to our condo community. They are professional and very thorough making sure to clean off the sidewalks and roadways of all grass clippings. They are an A+ in my book!
