Steve and his team completed all work except for roofing, stucco, gutter work, staining and painting, and electrical work.  Steve has qualified subcontractors he uses and he personally supervised the subcontracted roofing, stucco, gutter work, staining and painting, and electrical work to complete the project on time and under budget.  When the work of his painting and staining subcontractor did not meet his expectations, Steve required the work to be redone to meet his standards and the final result was completely satisfactory.  Otherwise, all work was completed the first time, without incident and without damage to our property.  In those areas where the roof was connected to our house, the stucco was removed to allow access to fasten the new roof to the existing structural supports of the house.  Only enough stucco was removed to allow the required access and the new stucco is a perfect match with the existing stucco.  The roof shingles for the new roof are also a perfect match with the existing roof shingles.  Each day, Steve and his team cleaned up after they finished work and left the worksite with a minimum of construction debris.  There was minimal disruption to our daily routine and Steve went out of his way to make certain we were informed whenever he or his team planned to be working.
