They gave him shots, and it started working right away. Two days later he seemed to be doing better, and he is fine now. Most places just want to give him pills, which don't seem to work. I see Susan Fain here. You can tell that they actually care about your animal here. The appointment times are very limited, and they tend to fill very quickly. I have had to wait a while sometimes. I wish that they had more scheduled appointment times, and with the vet that I want.

They treat him like he is part of the family. He really likes it there. Christie Grubb is the vet there and she is very genile with my dog. Their prices are reasonable.

I had been a customer of the clinic for a year or two. I went to them mainly because of convience and the prices were reasonalbe.I was have several procedures performed on one day for 4 different dogs. Due to financial reasons, I asked for a quote for each service being done. I knew exactly who gave me the quote and confirmed it again when I brought my dogs to the clinic. When I returned to pick up my dogs, one of the services I requested had gone from $40 to $280. There was NO mistake on my part. The receptionist admitted she quoted me the incorrect price. I feel they should have honored it but their solution was to drop the price to $240. I refused their offer because I had verified it twice before bringing my pets to them. Their solution was to finally (after several phone calls on my part and my refusal to pay more than the quote was to let me have the quoted price and then they sent me a very nasty letter telling me that I could no longer come to their clinic. They stated that the time they took to perform the surgery took time away from their family. I am not really sure what that had to do with anything but that's what they said! Also, please be aware that the mostly have clinic hours which means it's a first come, first service basis so you may end up sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes to 4 hours. Please be ready for the horrible smell in the entire clinic. I do believe cleanliness is slacking a bit. It smells like urine and it is strong. And finally, they do not offer ANY emergency services available. You are referred to a vet in Buckeye Lake or OSU Vet Clinic which is really quite a distance from Baltimore especially in an emergency.

I use them all the time. They care about the animals and that is the main thing. They know all our animals by name and love all of them. Their prices are competitive and the charges depend on what kinds of services are rendered. Our dogs are high maintenance and it is not uncommon to come out of there with a $75 bill.

We've used them for about 20 years. They do have new vets now, than they had from the beginning. They have a great reputation. They take good care of our animals. It's a good location. It's personal.

Decent care. Good for regular shots and regular maintenance for your pets. Office call around $25 for the call only, doesn't include meds. and procedures. No emergency service at the clinic, they refer you to another Vet. Although Vets. are very caring, keep in mind that if your pet's case gets complex, ask for a referral to a specialist if you want it. They have a tendency to not suggest specialist unless you ask. Extremely busy during open clinic times. They say they take appointments, but try to talk you into coming to clinic instead. That makes for long wait times as the clinic is first come, first served. Two vets, Dr. Fain and Dr. Grubb.
