A-1 Overhead Door Co

They say first impressions are lasting and that is what I would say of Matt, my contact from A-1 Overhead Door Co., consistent from start to finish. Customer service sells me every time and A-1 was a shining example of quality service. Matt showed up 10 minutes early to give me an estimate for the job and communicated several times throughout the project. He was very personable and didn't mind explaining the work process or time it would take to complete the job. Once the job was finished he cleaned the work area to ensure the job was truly completed.

Torsion spring snapped in half, and Matt was able to come out that night to fix on the spot. I was very pleasantly surprised by this because I was only expecting an estimate. He had the part in his truck and fixed my door in 30-40 mins. Extremely nice and professional, and it was late at night, so I was very appreciative that he came out that late. Absolutely nothing negative to say about Matt and his business.

This was one of the best experiences I had with a contractor! Matt came out the same day I called to discuss options and take the order. We ordered the door and Matt installed the new door and opener within a  2 week period (We had to wait for the door when we order it).
The install was professional and looks great. The New door is beautiful! Makes my house look better.
I've had a few of my neighbors tell me how much they like the look.
