The repairman was on time, gave me an estimate on the phone the day before (as well as a guess as to the problem I was having), gave me an exact price before tax within 5 minutes of his arrival, had the part in his vehicle, repaired the machine and was on his way in half an hour. He was friendly, professional, and obviously capable.
