It took awhile to be repaired because of the Honda air bag recall. The repair was done perfectly. I would use them again. They do great work.

It was a very good experience. They arranged rental car and everything was done there and they dropped me off and picked it up. I have used them before I mean fortunately I don't have that much repaired, but I have used them at least one other time.

I visited the shop on 9/26/2014 and asked if the estimate for replacing the rear bumper that I received on 7/16 was still good. I handed the estimate to the representative and I was told that it was still good, as the representative looked it over. I told him I was paying cash and wanted to know how close to the estimate they would guarantee the price, as most places will give a percentage in which the price may vary. He said “we don’t guarantee anything. We give you a call when we run into additional problems”. So I said “then if you tear it all apart, find additional problems, then call and tell me it’s going to cost another four thousand dollars, and I say I can’t afford that, then you’ll put it back like it was when I came in?” He said “no, we can’t do that”. Then he asked if the vehicle was here and we went outside to look at it. His first remark, which was very sarcastic was “why are you even bothering to get this fixed?”, implying that the vehicle wasn't worth the effort. I pointed out that this damage was the only flaw with the vehicle. It may be a 2003 model but the rest of it is rust free and immaculate. He noticed the dent in the rear panel and said “that will cost you extra”, and I reminded him that the repair of that dent was in his original estimate. He looked at the paper work again and saw I was right. Then he repeated his initial remark to me, in a very obnoxious manner; “we don’t guarantee anything!”, as he was walking away from me and back toward his office. I said “then the estimate is rather useless and I've obviously come to the wrong placeand quot;, as I got back in my vehicle and left. This person was unbelievably rude. I realized they don't want cash business, just insurance claims that can be adjusted after the work is started.

My insurance company provided the name of this company to me for repairs to my Volkswagon New Beetle Convertible trunk, which a thief had attempted to pry open, causing the trunk to leak. They exceeded my expectations in every way. In addition to the approved repairs, they also repaired a ding in the trunk, fixed a window button (after the dealership struggled to fix this on two different occasions without success) and fixed the rear seat power supply (after the dealership claimed it could not be fixed without ordering a new part). They did these additional repairs (without request), and they did not charge my insurance company for them. Finally, when I realized I left my garage door opener in the rental car, they remained at the shop for an additional 20 minutes past their closing time (they had already been closed for 20-30 minutes before I discovered I left it there) so I could drive back and get it.
