The carpet cleaner was dirty and it left marks even though you dump the water and you do things. For some reason, it left marks on my carpeting where the carpeting was not cleaned. That is why I took it back and when everything dried it was like oh my God. I went out and bought my own so I could make my own streaks. I went there to pick it up. Their professionalism was okay.

The tables and chairs were fine. The issue is that when I ordered the tables and chairs they said they would pick them up a couple days after the event. Very casual, no specifics. Low and behold, here we are, not even 10am on a sunday after a Saturday nite event, and the guys arrive to pick up the tables and chairs!!! On a SUNDAY-Fathers Day!! I would of thought they would of let me know that they would be here on a SUNDAY-had to wake my husband up to help get the table clothes off quickly and he helped with the chairs. I called to complain and the only thing I get is-well we said one to two days, and we are open at 9am. Well a warning and APOLOGY would be nice! They never told me they would be picked up less than 12 hrs after our event ended!
