I needed the floors in my entire house re-done, so, I started off with a medium sized project. Although the price was more expensive than I had hoped, I have no complaints about the quality of the work or the materials. The floors were installed within a week and any bumps or issues I had were promptly fixed. I paid 1/2 of the cost up front and the other half a few weeks after the job was completed and I was comfortable with the caliber of the service. Financing was also available which made paying for the service much easier on my wallet. All-in-all I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member.

We had to get everything off the first floor hardwood floors and when they came and immediately sanded the floors and started putting on new protective coats and buffed it and let it dry until the next day and again the day after....They did a great job and clened up after themselves and the floors look great !!

The tiles is absolutely beautiful!  My husband had done the rest of the house himself, but laying tile, especially in the intricate pattern we wanted, he gladly handed off to someone else.  Dominic (owner) did everything to find the tile we wanted and make sure our price was comparable with internet providers.  John then was our installer and we have never know anyone who is more dedicated to a perfect installation.  He was in our house for over two weeks with the scope of the project and he was always warm and friendly, loved our dogs and someone we felt safe enough to leave in our home when we were not there - something we never do.  Prior to the kitchen ceramic project Dominic located a wood laminate for us that we had found online as well. He got a sample for us and then met the online price.  Because we dealt with him and did not order online, we then had a warranty because he is a dealer.  My husband did install this himself, but at any time he had a question, he could call and talk to Bob who would walk him through any concern he had.  I think that is pretty phenomenal service since they were not getting any money for installation. Several months prior when we had family coming in for the Christmas season, we used Scarvelli to carpet our new guest room.  He has a great stock of remnants of all sizes and quality.  When you buy the remnant, it includes basic pad and installation - one price that is reflected one the remnant in the store.  We had been shopping at Lowe's and Home Depot, but they could not begin to meet the installation needed to have this in time for Christmas and our family's arrival.  Dominic turned it around in less than a week!

The job took a little longer than was originally anticipated. So far, we have been happy with floors. Work is of good quality.

THE WORK WAS PERFORMED IN OCT 2004 AND THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE FLOOR FROM THE BEGINNING. THERE ARE SEPARATIONS BETWEEN MOST OF THE BOARDS CAUSING LIFTED EDGES THAT ARE VERY UNATTRACTIVE. THEY CAME BACK, PERFORMED ONE REPAIR, THEN DECIDED THAT THE WHOLE FLOOR NEEDED REPLACED AFTER I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. THEY CLAIMED THAT WILSON ART WAS AT FAULT IN THIS CASE SO THEY GOT THEIR DISTRIBUTOR, OHIO VALLEY FLOORING, INVOLVED WHO REQUESTED A SAMPLE OF THE FLOOR FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATING. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EITHER SOURCE ABOUT EXACTLY WHAT'S GOING ON AND I WANT THE FLOOR REPLACED. I'VE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS ISSUE SINCE LAST OCTOBER ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND THEY JUST NEED TO REPLACE IT!

INDIVIDUAL WHO INSTALLED THE FLOOR WORKED VERY DILIGENTLY ON THE JOB. FINISHED FASTER THAN EXPECTED.
