FAMILY-OWNED AND OPERATED IN AVON OHIO SINCE 1979. Ray Gilles, Founder/Owner/President, has over 50 years of mechanical experience and is a full time technician. His son Mike, Co-owner/Vice President is also a full time technician with over 30 years of mechanical experience. They are hands-on owner/operators and along with their skilled technicians and service personnel have been a trusted shop for residential and commercial customers throughout Lorain County and beyond for over 30 years. On staff, including Ray and Mike, there are a total of 8 full time technicians. Open Monday through Saturday with convenient 24 hour 7 day key drop off service. Customer drop off and pick up within a resonable distance while you wait for service. Comfortable waiting area/child friendly/free hot beverages and bottled water. I have been using Rays for some time now for automotive repairs that I do not feel
comfortable doing my self. My daughter has a 2002 sable that had electrical issues. The dome light would not come on the drivers side when you opened the drivers door. I had this same issue on the passenger side before and also this could cause the panic alarm to go off. I was reasonably sure that this new problem was another bad door ajar switch. I called up Rays and told them about the issue and what I thought the problem was. They said to bring it right in and they would check it out. I did and dropped the car off and I received a call from them 3 hours later that the car was done and indeed it was the door ajar switch. I think the service was excellent and the price was very good. All in all a very pleasant experience."We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and greatly value your feedback.
