 + -1 moreI am on a maintenance program/contract with them. I like the fact that they are a local company and I like the fact that I see the same technicians so they manage turnover well. I like the fact that they take the time to explain not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it and what they would recommend. I feel there is a level of integrity that if they say that this can wait then I trust it. If they say it needs to be done then I trust it. I have lots of history with this company. They are the ones that deal with my HVAC.
Description of Work: I use One Hour, Mitchell's in Avon Lake, Ohio for heating and air conditioning. They were last here to do a tune up for the season for seasonal -- so batteries and filters, that type of thing.
