Cory Peters arrived and diagnosed the problem as a faulty transformer. Soon the air conditioner was up and running and cooling my house again. Mr. Peters did a detailed inspection of the system and went over his findings with me. He is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

The price quoted was more than TWICE the price of the company I actually used. The repair man was rude after I asked for an explanation of the outrageous cost (over $600) to simply replace a contactor, which is a $10 part. He was mad I googled the part right in front of him. I got the job done the next day for $240. Wouldn’t trust this company as far as I could throw them. The only thing done right was being on time. Even the diagnostics should’ve taken 15 min and it took him an hour, clearly so he could charge more for his time.

I would avoid this company since they tried to price gouge us. Our furnace needed replaced and they literally quoted us twice the price as anyone else because they knew they were the first company to quote us. I can't believe that they can get away with these sales techniques.

They were professional, honest and dependable. I’ll use them again and again. I had both my air conditioning units replaced. They were 25 and 26 years old. The technician gave me options for repairing or replacement of the units. Due to their age I decided to have them replaced. The work was done in one day for each unit.

Well, except all of the parts that were needed were not available on their van but they weren’t typical repairs but they went and obtained parts immediately and fixed the problems instead of rescheduling me for another time when they ordered the parts so happy that the problem was resolved in one service call. Scheduler and technician were both courteous and prompt and knowledgeable. Learned that they are available 24/7 and they don’t upcharge for “off” hours, weekends or holidays!!!

Outstanding job by the technician, Mark. He was able to resolve the issue within minutes providing us with heat. Mark was professional, adept at fixing the problem, and provided all the information we needed. We will definitely make One Hour our new furnace/AC service company.

It went great! One Hour was able to schedule an appt at 5:00, which I need because of work, and the technician was prompt and very professional. He explained things I didn't know and showed me a few things with the furnace and vents that are very helpful.

They told me that it would take 6-8 hours to clean out the air ducts. When the technician arrived, he told me that it was their policy to say that and it depended on how dirty the ducts were and it only took 2.5-3 hours. I recently had construction work done on my home and I really wanted them to take their time and clean the ducts thoroughly. Whenever the a/c is on, and coming out of the ducts, I can tell that there's still dust in them because I'm allergic.

It's seasonal. They come to service the heating within the fall months and they come in the spring to summer months to service the air conditioning. What they do, is they do an inspection and everything, but on both units at that time to determine if there is anything maintenance-wise that needs to be done, as well as just regular preparation for the season. I think it's pretty standard. I'm sure that different companies offer the same service. I pay a fee, a monthly fee, and that covers that visit as well as gives me a discount on any major, or even minor, repairs that might need done. I wouldn't give them anything else but an "A". Otherwise, I still wouldn't be with them. I've been with them for at least 8 years, well, almost 10 years, since we put in the new system. I just upgraded the package when my system turned 10 years old. It's always just one guy that comes out to complete the service.

They come every 6 months. I have a contract with them. They do fine. They do great work. They're always on time and follow through. Their pricing is average. I think everybody's pretty competitive there. If their quality wasn't good, I wouldn't have signed a contract with them. They are always there when they say they will be. I use them all the time. I have been using them, I think, since 2008 when I contracted them. Just one guy comes out for the service. It takes 45 minutes.
