Lowe's of Avon

We are happy with it. It slips into the base so the water does not sit in the track.

We use them a lot for different services. They always stand behind their work and make sure any problems are fixed. The do subcontract the work but they always make sure it is high quality work. We never have to worry about the work. We've always had great service with them!

When they delivered it, the man asked if we can fix your old dryer, do you still want the new one? I said no. And they were able to fix it and took back the new dryer and didn't charge me for anything! They credited the cost of the dryer back to my card.

I had used Angie's list to line up a dozen A-rated roofing companies to replace our roof - in August.  I talked to many great companies, but the concensus was that the work would be done perhaps in December or possibly in the Spring of next year depending if the companies could get to us.  I took a chance and scheduled an appointment with Lowes to get an estimate.  I highly recommend you try Lowes for jobbed out work.  They came out quickly, gave a great estimate - very competitive, and stated that their average was beginning the work 3 weeks after the contract is signed.  True to their word, the crew arrived 20 days later - during the rainy season!  We were very pleased with West Construction (see separate report).

I am very happy with their service. I went in there this morning and they were very helpful. They didn’t blow me off at all. There were lots of people to help. They were right there. I have another store that is much closer than Lowe’s of Avon but their service is a mile better than them. I have also been to other stores and I try to make eye contact with them on a number of occasions and they just turn around and walk away but I have been very happy with Lowe’s of Avon. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
