+ -1 moreHaving called the warranty company and they told us it was not covered (I think the color coming out of the leather is a major problem) I went to the store to speak to our salesman thinking he would help WRONG. We have spent a lot of money in our family there over the past 5 years and I was shocked we got no help. I asked to speak to the Store Manager, same response they would not do anything. Not sure where to go now we are stuck with a burgundy rather sectional that the color is coming out of. I know I will never buy anything from there again as they do not stand behind the product.
Description of Work: We bought a leather sectional and the color is coming out of the leather. We bought an extra warranty on the sectional and we were told it did not cover this problem. So they did nothing
