WE HAD BEEN CONSIDERING A PERMANENT ISLAND IN OUR KITCHEN; AND SPENT A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TIME LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PIECE. LOWES/HOME DEPOT ETC. J&M HAD THE PERFECT SOLUTION. THE ISLAND IS NOT PERMANENT...IT'S A PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT COULD BE USED AS A MOBILE BAR/ISLAND. MANY PEOPLE HAVE COMMENTED THAT THE REMOVABLE LEAVES ARE PERFECT FOR OUR SMALL KITCHEN. THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE SOLUTION AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A UNIQUE SOLUTION; AND IT COMPARES IN PRICE TO A REGULAR KITCHEN ISLAND WITHOUT A EXPANDABLE TOP.
Description of Work: CUSTOM BUILT KITCHEN ISLAND WITH CERAMIC TILE TOP. ISLAND ALSO HAS A SEPARATED TOP WHICH CAN BE PULLED APART, AND A LEAF INSERT ADDED TO EXPAND THE TOP FOR HOUSE PARTIES. UP TO 2 LEAVES CAN BE ADDED. THE ISLAND IS SOLID HONEY MAPLE; WITH CUSTOM CERAMIC TOP. 36 X 54 X 72 X 90. FOR $1499 INCLUDED ONE LEAF; 2 LEAVES WOULD BE $1699.
