Jackie did a fabulous professional job in a timely manner. She was very patient and extremely knowlegable as we are very detailed oriented. Jackie also ensured economical delivery in a very efficient manner. We bought all LG per a renowned consumer magazine. (also Bosch dishwasher) Talk to service guys and they say to avoid Brand "S" (S. Korean). Spent about $3899 for premium ones and they carry even more upscale brands and great showroom. Cheaper sales tax than Cuyahoga County too by a significant amount! (Avon store Lorain County). They offer installation too, but we handled that ourselves. I give them an "A" all the way across the board(quality, professionalism, price, timeliness and would hire them again in a heart beat. (esp. via Jackie who made all the positive difference!
