Gutter Champ

I had to go through a lot of static with them. When they finished they left all of the debris in my yard. The guys also smoke and left cigarettes in the yard, beer cans, and pop cans. The guy told me I was nitpicking and told me to shut up. They cut my electrical system and I didn’t have any electricity to my garage. That also effected my electricity downstairs to one side of the basement. They denied it of course.

They were fine until we had a roof redone. One of the gutters fell down. That could have been a disaster. I did not see the workers but the sales person was professional.

They were pretty professional. The salesman was a hot shot, they really did not follow up with me. They did the job in a short time, and its been about a year sense I used them and I have not seen any problems.

Feel I was sold more that what I needed... After the job was completed in talking with others that have had like work completed, they had spent considerably less. He did a very good job and everything looks good. He did, however, install a very heavy duty product. He actually went and stood on the gutters to show how sturdy they were. He was supposed to come back to check and I have yet to see him. He cleaned up very well and did not use sub contractors.

The gutters work fine. We had one question about a the installation which they came and checked. They say it is working fine, but we do not think it looks right. Other than that, everything is good.

The company and its representative were very helpful and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Excellent job from start to finish.

When the salesman came out he was very thorough and professional. He took his time and explained how the system worked to me. He was very patient and answered all of my questions in great detail. I never felt pressured at any time to buy the product. When the installation crew came out they were also very thorough and professional. The crew worked direct for the company and are not sub contractors. That is a huge win for me. Upon completion of the job they cleaned up everything very thoroughly as though they had never even been there. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
