GK's Custom Polishing, Inc. has numerous options for restoring and renewing your home or business' concrete. Concrete surfaces can be cleaned, sealed and polished to various finishes and sheens. In addition, acid stains, rock or an epoxy coating can be applied, which can make that once dull and boring area come alive! "Thank you for your feedback and review. I apologize for the negative experience you had with our company. It is always our goal to please every customer and provide a quality service at a reasonable price. Please see below for the response to each of your concerns: 1. Chipped corners on several tiles Your marble floor contains very small marble hexagon and square tile pieces (1” – 2” diameters). When this type of surface is being refinished, there can sometimes be some small chips that appear on the edges of the tiles if there is lippage present between the tiles. After these chips were pointed out to GK’s, we offered to come and fill these chips with an epoxy, but the customer was only interested in a discount. 2. Broken Crystal Drawer Knob Our technician found the broken piece to the crystal drawer knob tucked in the corner on the floor by the vanity cabinet when he was performing the maintenance work. At the time of the original estimate, (before any work had been completed), pictures were taken of the floor. The picture where the vanity cabinet is present shows that the knob was broken prior to our arrival."
"Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Our goal at GK’s is to perform high quality work with highly skilled employees."

"GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. detailed your BMW that was in our storage facility for two months. It is our policy when detailing older vehicles, (yours being a 1992 convertible) to never put the top down. As the Front Office Manager, my job is to oversee all the storage & detailing that we perform here at GK’s. GK’s did return every phone call to you. We did consult with experts in the convertible top field in an attempt to help you to solve this problem. The pictures that were taken of your top clearly showed one small area of the aluminum frame that frayed where the bolt was loose from rubbing over the years. Unfortunately at that time, all that was acceptable to you, was to replace it with an entirely new top, and we did not feel that was fair."
"Thank you for your very positive review. Our mission statement is “The quality is in the detail”. Our goal is to make every customer happy with the results of our work."
