Wonderful company with beautiful furniture. Ethan Allen can help furnish a room from top to bottom. They have interior designers to help with every detail which we loved. The price is reflective in the quality of their products. We will purchase furniture from them in the future.

Everyone at Ethan Allen was pleasant and very professional. The only negative was with the delivery drivers. When the hutch was deliverd, I mentioned to the drivers that the designer at Ethan Allan advised me to have them level the hutch. Tthey said they could not do so because the hutch was on carpet. Our floor is level but the hutch was tilted forward and wobbly.
I called Ethan Allan the next day and they said they drivers should have levelled it. They were very apologetic and scheduled the same drivers to return to level the hutch. The drivers were supposed to call before arriving; however, they did not call and did not show up at all, though I waited over 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon for them to show. Monday morning I again called Ethan Allan and again they apologized for my inconvience; they scheduled a different crew to come out and level the hutch. This time, they did come out and perform the task, levelling the hutch, making it stable. The lead guy on the crew apologized for the work not being done when it was originally delivered.
In the course of this process I spoke to several different people at Ethan Allan and they were all very courteous, professional and apologetic. They said they addressed the situation internally and thanked me for my patience. I got the impression that this was by no means a common occurence and that it is highly unlikely that it would ever happen again.
