I ordered silver frames and when the glasses came in the frames were PINK. I HATE pink. The lenses were fine and seem accurate but I'm going to return the horrible pink frames and demand that they give me the silver ones I ordered. Hopefully the lenses can go into the correct frames.

They prorated the tires, the previous tires did not match. Worry free, they just do the job. It took a couple of hours.

Shopping at this Costco is fantastic. Everyone there is so incredibly nice and helpful. I have yet to meet one worker anywhere in the store with a bad attitude. If you are unhappy with any product you can return it with no questions asked and no conflicts. The store is so clean which makes for a better shopping experience. I am not a fan of the Costco located in Strongsville. The overall friendliness in that store is not the same and they do give you a bit of a hard time returning items. So even if it means a little bit longer drive, definitely go to the Avon store, it is the best.

This transaction went fine, no problems, but although the pharmacy's stated hours run until 7pm on weekdays, a few times I have come in at 6:55 after rushing out of work, only to have the pharmacy closed with no sign of a pharmacist anywhere.

I love this store! They have better quality than other wholesale stores, and it's well-lit and seems very clean when you go there. We have been very pleased with their service. About four times a year we'll go here, and they are great!

THE PICTURES ARE ALWAYS GOOD QUALITY & DONE WHEN PROMISED. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL. THE PHOTO CENTER IS ALSO BY THE DOOR FOR QUICK IN & OUT.

VERY SATISFIED. THE PRICE WAS THE BEST WE FOUND. IN ADDITION, THEY ARE USING NITROGEN, RATHER THAN AIR, TO FILL THE TIRES. THIS SUPPOSEDLY RESULTS IN MORE STABLE TIRE PRESSURES OVER TIME. OTHER TIRE DEALERS HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE, IF IT'S AVAILABLE.
