+ -1 moreUnfortunately, I could not agree to his client's terms and his client decided to step out of the deal. These things happen. I wish them the best. But to relay his client's decision to my realtor, the representative of Chase group said: "Thank you for your time, my clients are passing. We thought you clients might want to actually sell their house. Best of luck." I find this type of response childish, rude and unprofessional. I'm glad the deal did not go through where he would make money from my transaction. Best of luck, sir.
Description of Work: I did not deal with a Chase Group representative directly, but he represented a potential buyer for my house.
