We've been going to them for years. The car wouldn't start. We got the car over there. They took it in and tested everything. Came back and said they couldn't find anything. So they didn't charge us since they didn't find anything.

The initial diagnostic was free, which was different than the dealership. The repair of the cruise control was of average cost (but still lower than the dealership). Everything was fair financially. They were also able to finish the service in the time frame they had estimated, which was very convenient. They also handed me a folder with the information on my problem as well as information on all their general services. The company itself is also running a lot of promotions, such as coupons and gift cards, they give little toys to children and sometimes have cookies available! This place treats you as a friendly customer, not just another transaction! They really valued my service! It was an experience I did not expect at an auto service company.

It was reasonable prices, fast service and I felt well taken care of like professionally yeah. 



They took really good care of us.

I have to say though Dianne the Owner she's really great, great personable. It's just her service people that, cause Dianne was half the reason why I used them so many times and then her service guys that when they talk to you it just seems like a slap in the face and they have this attitude that just is bringing the quality down.

After drop off they took me home and picked me up when it was done.  They were thorough, complete, and clear on what was done. They also washed the car.  Good job.

Did not go well with the Service Manager. He would not take ownership.

They did a good job. I spent about $1100. They were terrific. They were professional, their estimate was reasonably priced and I would go back.

They are good and excellent. They are close, gave me a loan on our car, or the job named on, and picked me up.

They did a great job fixing the problem.  Took initiative in taking it to a Ford dealership to get the part tested and didn't charge us extra.  We got a loaner car for free for the 5 days it took to get the truck fixed.  We have used Automotive Specialty Services for 2-3 years now.  They always do a great job on the repairs or service, and their customer service is superior.  Can't say enough good things about them.

I have used Automotive Specialty Services for several years.  While they are relatively expensive (i.e you could find others do the the same work at lower cost), I have never been disappointed by the quality of the work or their professionalism. Personally, I don't mind paying more to have reliable service time-after-time.  They are community minded, friendly, and the best overall shop I have entrusted my car care to in my 40+ years of driving.

I was very apprehensive about choosing an auto repair facility. I am a single female and have experienced the agony of not knowing exactly what a car needs and doesn't need. I have had many regrets when it comes to trusting my car repair needs to supposed 'professionals.'
I got a coupon in the mail for Automotive Specialty Services and scheduled an appointment for an inspection of my vehicle. The staff was very professional over the phone and assured me that there would be no pressure and a completely free and detailed inspection of my vehicle.
I had my 8-year-old vehicle inspected the following day after a lengthy period of lending it to a family member. I knew that it would need a lot of work, as it hadn't had much work performed on it in the previous 8 years. I wanted to be able to get at least a couple more years out of the vehicle and needed it to be reliable.
Brian, the service manager, had it inspected and walked me through the pros and cons of having each service performed. He discussed the priority of each service and discussed the cost and consequences of performing each service. He wrote up a detailed estimate and even called around to get me the best deal possible on parts. He called every day to update me on the progress of the work and worked around my schedule regarding the drop-off time, pick-up time, and rental car.
I, at no time, felt any pressure to have services performed. I felt very comfortable being able to pick and choose services based on my budget, and felt I was being given an accurate assessment of my vehicle's needs.
The entire staff at Automotive Specialty Services were beyond friendly and professional, especially Karen at the front desk. She seemed to know every customer by name and seemed to truly enjoy her job. I noticed that many customers receiving service at the same time as me were definitely regulars and seemed to be extremely satisfied.
Though my bill was the largest auto repair bill I've ever paid, my car was completely overhauled and runs great today. I have since taken at least 5 out-of-state trips and towed a U-Haul trailer without any issues. I'm nearing the 200,000 miles mark on the vehicle and it still runs great.
I would recommend Automotive Specialty Services to anyone needing basic or extensive auto services.

He picked up and dropped off my car exactly when he said he would. He was able to remove some minor scratches on my car at a competitive price.
