"Contractors beware. I did her driveway for $ 250. Power washed and sealed it. She asked me to do the back patio as well. I agreed to do that for another $ 50. She told me she had put a sealer on her front porch. Since she didn't know what kind, I told her I was not going to put sealer on the area where she had put a sealer on previously. So I did the walkway to her front porch, the front step, and half of the front porch where she hadn't put sealer for FREE. That wasn't part of the deal. But I did it. She handed me a check. I looked at it while driving home and noticed she didn't even pay for the back patio. I didn't say anything, let it go. She calls me a couple of days later and says the driveway and everything else is beading up great but the one spot where I didn't put sealer on the porch isn't. That was the area where she had put an unknown sealer. We had already had the discussion about not putting sealer over a sealer of unknown base. I told her I'd stop by next time I was in that area and I did a few weeks later. It took about 5 minutes to put sealer on a one square foot area. So, for free, I did her walkway to her front porch. I did the front porch. I did the back patio which she never paid for. I untangled her mess of a hose on the side of her house and coiled it up for her. And last of all, I drove back to her house weeks later to do a section I told her I would not do because she had put her own sealer on a test section of her porch. If that sounds like poor customer service, then I guess it is."

"15 minutes late even though we give a window. In an area, we are not too familiar with and the school had let out. As for quality, gutters have a slight black tint to them which will not come off on aluminum unless you use a chemical that will take the paint off. Did the entire house for $ 100 dollars and did their patio for FREE! The customer took me to her neighbors because she said I did a great job and told her neighbor that. Someone here is quite dishonest or bipolar."

"Incorrect. I gave a verbal quote of $ 500 for an entire back patio and driveway seal because I thought I had some leftover sealer. When I realized I didn't have enough, I asked you if I could charge more because the cost of material was nearly $ 500 because I didn't have enough leftover sealer. You said, "what happened to $500?" I said, "never mind, we'll keep it at $500." So you had your patio and driveway done at cost. Then three months after the fact, you put up this ridiculous review and don't even tell the truth. An overall rating of 2 out of 5 but Quality is: 3 out of 5. Customer service is 4 out of 5 and value is 3.5 out of 5. So overall is 2 out of 5. Makes a lot of sense."
