HE TOOK A SHELF DOWN FROM MY BUILDING THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR... HE TOOK ME TO COURT TO TRY TO COLLECT THE MONEY that he thought he was owed for his own mistake.
 I DID A COUNTER SUIT SINCE HE was not to take this  shelf down and i won the court battle. He is a very nasty man
 and was very verbally abusive over this
Would never hire again

The top step totally fell apart, and when Bill was done they were sturdier than when I had the deck built years ago.  The price was great, even included new wood for the steps that he went and bought.  He called to let me know what time he would be here, on the day scheduled.  Super satisfied and will hire again.

I HAD  a huge bug problem .. he was able to obtain a commercial grade pest
control product did it all  for 300.00 very reasonable..considering
that a pest control co. would have charged double.
Plus he had to redo some work from another contractor who really messed up some work

He turned away from me and pretended dial, in my opinion. He turned back and said they must be gone for the day (this was before 5:00 p.m.). He said if they were open he would go and get it and install it. He said he would be here first thing Saturday at 8:00 am. hen he left on Thursday, I called the lumberyard and they immediately answered. I told them what Mr. Hoose had said about the door. They said that they couldn't understand why he would say that. They said they were open to 6:00 (M-F). On Saturday, he didn't show up at 8:00 a.m. The phone rang twice at 8:25 a.m. When I picked it up no one answered, I suspect it was him. I called his cell phone. It went to voice mail; I left a message. At 8:50 am, I got a call saying he would be there in 30 min. He called 2 minutes later and said he was outside my house. He said, "If you're going to hold me to the time, find someone else." He walked away and left the door and the frame behind outside. He admitted he had called at 8:25 am.

He replaced the wood that was decayed with new wood and capped it with aluminum type material (white) to prevent re-occurrence of the problem. It looks really good - hardly noticeable. I may see about having him put siding on the house in the Spring.
