Teacher Painting

In regards to the actual painting and job they do a very good job, however my garage door was left broken, my house is almost brand new, never had any issue and my garage door cannot go up or down is completely unusable. My issue is with the garage door and they mentioned that they did no do anything.

Fred is easy to talk to and helps you understand the process of painting and doing a good job. I like working with him. He is very helpful.

I had the trim on the outside of my home painted along with the entire inside of my garage, including the ceiling. Fred removed all shelving that I didn't need any longer and filled in holes along with taking care of an area that had mold on the walls prior to the job. That was so helpful so that once they started they didn't need to stop! Fred and Cornell did an amazing job!

Wallpaper that was over 20 years old had to be removed, so it was a difficult job. Overall the work was good. Needed a little more attention to detail.

Fred and his assistant Bill were professional, courteous and timely for all appointments. I would not hesitate to hire - this was second time we hired Teacher Painting and probably not be the last!

Quick and good

We hired Teacher Painting because they had good reviews and were less than a competitor. We were doing our best to work within the confines of the claim paid by our insurance company. At first, the job looked decent. The trim work was not great but seemed somewhat ok. After the paint had cured for several days and I have a chance to really inspect the job, I discovered it was a total mess. I could not find a single wall that did not have thin areas where the old paint was showing thru. This should never happen with two coats of paint. The trim work is also a wreck. In many areas the trim color is on the walls and vice versa. I even found an area where the dry wallpaper was torn. This was a result of using standard masking tape (which was left all over the place) instead of painters tape. There are also numerous large paint blobs on several walls. The doors are also a mess. The color and sheen is not consistent on any door. Paint blobs in the corners of the panel decoration on most doors. At least one door will no longer close correctly anymore. Finally, not everything was taped. There is paint on light switches, towel racks, toilet paper holders, railings, etc. I thought I hired a professional. Although the painter was a very nice guy, all but one day he was the only painter and unfortunately the job was an unprofessional mess. I do not believe I would allow Teacher Painting back to repair the mistakes. I certainly would not hire them again.

Fred and the men working with him all did a phenomenal job! I had my staircase painted along with our entire house painted. Not only was the pricing very reasonable but most importantly the work they did was high-quality. Fred is more than wonderful with communication. He got each job done exactly within the timeframe he gave us. They took their time and Fred always went over all of the work to make sure lines were perfect and that everything looked professional. My home now looks like a brand new home. Fred and his team even patched up damaged areas on the walls, door jams, and baseboards. Teacher painting is very trustworthy. They get the job done and they get it done the right way. They kept their work area in the home clean and made sure to protect our hardwood flooring so that it was not scratched with ladders and other materials. I cannot say enough about this company. Iâ m so thankful I went through Fred and his team! Very friendly and great painters!

Appreciated the attention to assessment of what needed to be done, including repairs to walls before painting began. Kitchen cabinet doors needed extra attention with prep and priming. He was flexible about our schedule, and we were flexible with his, as he planned some time off. Very organized, very experienced.

Hired Teacher painting twice! Fred show's up on time- answers the phone, hires a professional staff, and gets the job done quickly and neatly. He and team cleaned up every day after finishing which made living through the painting process easy to manage. Would hire again if needed!

Teacher Painting did a great job for us. The showed up when they said they would and finished on schedule and on budget. They were professional and courteous.

We are very pleased with Teacher Painting! Fred and his crew were professional and very reasonable in price. The project was large so they were here for nearly 9 days. They always cleaned up after each day and even let the dog out for bathroom breaks - Max will miss them ! If I could give a 6 star rating, I would. Thanks Fred, again.

The painter did the estimate, so you know who will do the work. Professional, personable and a great job.

They came when they said they would and began taping and covering the floors and furniture. Went right to work and took a short break between coats of paint. Came back and put on the second coat, when finished cleaned everything up and were done in one day.

Fred did an amazing job preparing my whole house for sale. His work is high quality and very reasonably priced. Fred is very personable and was tolerant of my frequent "add ons" to the original job. Fred is organized and trustworthy. I highly recommend Teacher Painting.

He painted three rooms for me it took two coats but when I painted three rooms same paint I did it in one coat. I think If he would've taken more time painting the first coat I wouldn't had to been charged for the second coat.
