She was very good. I went there because I have really large Australian Shepherd. He has a double coat and it was really hard finding someone to groom him. She did an excellent job on my dog. They take him to rest and take to the bathroom. They were really very good. Their price was reasonable. I would go back to her. I would use them again in the future.

We have used Spoiled and pampered Dawggy for several years and highly recommend them to any animal owner. We have a hyperactive wiggly Pug, and an ancient arthritic blind Pug. Both boys have been handled with such care and love every time they go in for a nail clip. Pug owners who have tried to clip their pet's nails at home know just what a howling screamfest ensues when they try the do-it-yourself method. The reasonable price and friendly service is worth twice the minimal fee. The groomers ALL handle each dog so well! The boys are delighted to visit Spoiled and Pampered Dawggy. So am I!

We have an 80 pound giant schnauzer. Over the years we've visited many different groomers. They were all competent but charged between $65 and $80 a visit. Yikes! (Our dog is well behaved and not difficult to groom). We tried Spoiled and Pampered Dawggy based on a recommendation of an Avon Lake resident who happened to be walking their giant schnauzer past our house. On our first visit we were shocked that they only charged us $40 for a wash, cut and nail trim and the quality was first rate. We have been regulars ever since. Two years ago our dog tore an ACL in her back leg and had to be handled gently. I asked owner/groomer Sarah if she could skip the bath and just give her a haircut and nail trim (I can easly bathe our dog at home). Sarah was happy to comply with our request and then only charged us $20. That's unbelievable. Our vet charges $16 for a one minute nail trim. A great price is nice but the quality here is equal to anyplace out there. Sarah's $20 haircut is just as good as the $78 cuts our dog used to get. She is also friendly and professional. I give Spoiled and Pampered Dawggy my highest recommendation. Ask for Sarah.
