This team took their time to correctly prep all areas/rooms that were to be painted. They taped or removed appropriately all floors, wall plates, lights, door hardware, vents, window glass. This team was in working til 7:30pm and sometimes till 9:30pm each day knowing that we had a hard and fast deadline approaching of our moving trucks arriving on the 27th.
To make matters even more interesting at the same time the painting was going on we had new carpet, window blinds and tile installed in the house. Rikk's team worked with each of the various installers and we coordinated a round robin in order to get everything done in time. This also included the having to build a bathroom due to a tear out due to mold. Rikk's restoration team of carpenters did this work as well (not reflected in original quote for paint).
After our moving trucks left. He sent out a small team of people to fix any issues done by the movers. Unbelievable.
Tthis company did a fantastic job painting the interior of our house.
Their price is higher than your average painter. But, the quality is far greater than the average painter.
My 60 year old house looks like new construction thanks to Rikk Mayer and his team.
