As a Real Estate Investor it is hard to find contractors that are reliable, reasonable, and that do good work. On all 3 levels this company exceeded all expectations. I hesitate to review them only because I don t want the world to know how good they are so I can have them to myself. 😆 in all seriousness though, Tim and the team at R3i did terrific work for me at my rental. The unit was dated and had some complex issues to solve. Not only were they solved, but the craftsmanship was A1 and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. I have since referred others to them and they have been equally impressed with their work. I can t endorse a company any stronger than I will for R3i.

Tim installed flooring in my 2nd floor of my home (three bedroom) and my entire basement. All work was performed at a high level and ahead of schedule. He provided timely updates and was very professional. His knowledge with / of the material saved money on overall cost.
