We've used Alan several times in the past, last time in 2011, and have given him great grades. Crew was young and professional. Great care was taken to ensure plantings weren't disturbed. Alan was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable, and he went above and beyond what was needed.
We have tried to use Alan again several times, with promises of return phonecalls that never materialize. This last time we
have left 3 messages. He has not returned any of them. We find this unprofessional. Even if he has no capacity, we would rather know that so we can move on to someone else, which is what we have done after feeling very frustrated. We are very, very disappointed. His work is great; but I could not in good conscious recommend him again.

They are very quick and professional. They did a good job and they clean up very well after themselves. They also did not damage any of the grass.

All three were very good workers and were professional and polite.Al alerted me to some fraying on the electrical cable to my house which could pose a hazard and I was able to get the utility company out right away to fix it.He even ground up two other old stumps in my back yard without charging extra.

The crabapple in my front yard was dying and looking terrible. I called up Al at Out on a Limb, who cut down another crabapple for me several years ago. I also had a lot of dead branches falling from the two large maples in back as well as some large branches that were hanging low. The crabapple was removed and the stump ground down. Several larger branches were taken off the maple tree, really opening up the yard. Plus removing a large branch hanging over my neighbors yard that was getting in the way. There was a smaller tree off my deck that was an eye sore that was also removed.
Al does fantastic work. Other than the trees being gone, you'd never know he was there. The yard is so clean when he's done. I am very happy with the worked performed. And while I'm out of trees needing cut down, I would recommend him to anyone else needing tree work done. Additionally, I got quotes from several other places and Al was by far the best price.

They were fast, they cleaned up very well, and they showed up on time.

They are prompt, professional and their prices are reasonable. They clean up very well afterwards and will rescued a cat out of a tree for free. They always do great work and we would highly recommend them.

The owner, Alan Hopp, stopped on an earlier date to see what was needed. When I asked about taking some limbs off a large tree in the yard, he advised against it, though it would have increased the bill. He worked along with very competent helpers. Cleanup was thorough, work was done in good time and I was very pleased with the results.

They covered my driveway with plywood so the heavy equipment would not crack my driveway. They took all the debris away. They were on time, really courteous, and they did what they said they would do.
