Charles Liptak Construction (32414 Stone Brook Drive, Avon Lake, OH 44012) was the first company we called and was the most responsive to our project request, made meaningful suggestions for how to solve the issues and most importantly did not try to upsell us or simply state that they'd only take the job if it was a new deck design and rebuild like other companies we called from Angie's List. They were honest on the time line when they could start, kept to this commitment and finished the job in three consecutive work days which was very convenient for us. We'd call them back for other home repair work and recommend them to others.

It was an excellent experience. Mike was professional and Fast. We got a written estimate from him which listed all the work to be done. We signed the work order and his crew showed up the NEXT DAY to do the work. What a relief as we were expecting rain and din't want any more damage from the holes in the roof.
When they left at the end of the day our roof looked like nothing had ever happened. They even blew off all the debris and cleaned our attached back porch for us! Mike is now our go to guy for any home repairs.
