She is a fall artist and she is fantastic. She is the most dedicated hard working person I think I have ever met. Last thing she did was when I was redoing my bathroom I was trying to do it on a tight budget and so I was not going to buy a new vanity and so I filled the holes and sanded it down and then I sent out my doors to her because I was going to put new hardware actual glass crystal knobs in a different place so I filled them and cleaned them and gave them to her and she sprayed my door and everything and people cant believe its my old oak vanity that looks like it looks now. Whenever I have anything done I usually get at least two generally three estimates and I review them with a fine tooth cone to make sure everything is apples to apples so that somebody doesn't think that they are doing something at the different grade level and someone else is providing lesser grade for the same price and she is fantastic. I have recommended her to people and they have used her and love her too. She is probably more critical of herself than anybody.

I contacted provider with an inquiry about having faux painting done on furniture. I sent via e-mail a photo of the pieces. Melanie responded that she could definitely do that and we set up a time to meet at my home. She took the furniture home with her February 14th and sent me hand painted samples of possible techniques and colors. I chose what I wanted and let her know. During the course of the work, she called back with an added idea for my approval. I agreed and she went ahead and delivered the pieces on March 9th. I was delighted! They were absolutely gorgeous and the technique was so well executed. I definitely would recommend here to others and use her again myself. Pleasant person and very talented.

They did a great job! Melanie is very creative, and she brings new, exciting ideas to the table.

Overall experience was excellent. Ms. Kroll was very professional. I was delighted to see she left the work area tidy and clean every day without leaving a mess. I just learned she refinishes kitchen cabinets and can't wait to have her start my kitchen which desperately can use a facelift!
