They did a thorough job of cleaning the carpets and gave guidance on how to eliminate pet dander/odor effectively. They removed stains as well. The cleaner was professional, explained every step in the process and was prompt.

This review is long overdue but better late than never. Our sump pump failed which resulted in water in the basement. Debbie and Lee were both amazing to work with and they definitely put us at ease during a very stressful time. Lee was able to prevent any major damage and was very thorough throughout the entire process.

They did an amazing job cleaning! Very easy to schedule, and they kept me updated as to their arrival time the day of service. They were so pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowledgeable and had a top priority of doing a thorough job. The furniture looks AMAZING - I just wanted the pieces spruced up and I had no idea they could look so good again!

We called Kleen Carpet after our basement flooded. They came out quickly and got to work. Lee and Debbie are both very knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job in drying our basement. The service was superior. They came back every day to check on the equipment and the progress. They were responsive to all calls and questions and did exactly what they said they would do. Highly recommend.

On Sunday evening notice that my sump pump has cause a small flood in part of our basement. Called Kleen Carpet Care and they were at our house on a late Sunday evening in 30 minutes! Debra and Lee review the situation and stated they would be out the next morning to started the drying process. Carpet was pulled up and several fans install to air dry the carpet. It took several days for the carpet to air dry. Kleen Carpet Care stopped by several times through the drying process to check the progressive. Once completed dried, the carpet was reinstalled and then cleaned a few day later.

They picked up a aheavily soiled-light colored room rug, cleaned it while I had flooring installed and held it until the workmen were done.
It was tightly wrapped and taken care of...I was stunned to open it and find it looked like new.

The booking was professional and responsive. They were able to give a quote over the phone that was close or right on the actual cost. They were on time, wore covers on shoes and clean up after they were done. The overall job was very well done. I will be contacting them the next spring as well.

The drywall and paneling also had water and the basement began to stink as this all happened when we were gone for a weekend. Lee and his family (a true family business) came out promptly and got the process going. They checked on things daily and frequently moved around equipment to get the walls and carpet dried efficiently. They always let me know when they were coming and kept me apprised of the progress. I never needed this type of service before but wouldn't hesitate to call them for any job: big or small.

Debbie returned my call and since I've hired them before, she knew the room sizes. She gave me a quote and scheduled the work. The 2 man team arrived promptly at 9 am. Since I had already cleared the rooms of end tables, breakables, pictures & clutter they could get started immediately, pre-treating the problem areas. I have stairs and 2 older dogs, so there's always something to pre-treat. We all stayed out of their way and let them work. They worked hard and non-stop. When finished, they replaced the heavy furniture, setting it on foam blocks to keep it off the carpet. They left me some plastic film to place under the feet of the end tables when I moved them back to the room. The job took about 90 minutes or so. Kleen Carpet Care did an excellent job and I will use them again. The cost was the same as the quote, no surprises or up-selling.

ARRIVED ON TIME AND TOOK ROOM MEASUREMENTS. THE ACTUAL COST WAS JUST A FEW BUCKS LOWER THAN THE PHONE ESTIMATE THAT WAS BASED ON MY SQUARE-FOOT GUESSES (NOW THAT'S A TWIST). YOU MUST BE HAPPY WITH THE WORK OR THEY WILL RECLEAN IT. DID A NICE JOB. WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN. RECEIVED A FREE BOTTLE OF SPOT LIFTER, TOO!
