Very expensive compared to other providers (for the exact same products!). The padding they installed with my carpet is VERY thin, I can feel the sub-floor below. After only 3 months the carpet is showing wear and will likely need to be replaced in about 1 year.  I purchased what they told me was a high-quality, durable carpet that would last for years. I trusted their opinion and the product is terrible, I hate it!  
Floors and More also installed tile in many bathrooms and I had to have them come back multiple times to re-grout because they left sharp edges on the tile that would cut your feet if you walked without shoes.
This place is expensive and sub-par -- I would not recommend to anyone!!

Everyone from sales to service was great. The installers completed the job quickly and professionally. Afterwards, we needed our doors trimmed to accomodate the area carpets and the intallers came back to trim them. Very reasonable prices for quality work!

The rug repair crew arrived on time, they were neat and clean (took off shoes on entering our house.) They were very skilled and very competent. They worked quietly and completed the work well and, in addition, repaired several "bubbles" in the carpeting on our steps. There was no additional charges for the step work and they said it was covered by our quoted payment. I paid upon completion of the work. All work was done professionally and neatly. I am very pleased with the work they performed.

We had a good experience. The tile installer that came out followed our instructions for a certain pattern we wanted. He cleaned up after himself and worked hard and got everything finished without any problems. He was considerate to always have a bathroom available to use during the process.

Floors & More was the flooring subcontractor for my new home and I am satisfied with the result. The pricing on the hardwood floors was very competitive and they have a large selection of flooring materials. The hardwood installation was impeccable, but I was not as pleased with the tile installation around my fireplaces. The tile in the bathrooms was very well done and it was a difficult install because of the tile chosen and the details that were added.
