Flooring, Carpet Installation
WE HAD A THREE-WEEK WINDOW BEFORE MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME WITH 33-YEAR OLD CARPETING THROUGHOUT. THE STAFF AT FIRELANDS' AVON LAKE LOCATION BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS READY BEFORE WE MOVED OUR FURNITURE IN! FROM OUR NO-PRESSURE SALES EXPERIENCE WITH JUDY, WE CHOSE SOME VERY REASONABLY-PRICED KARASTAN CARPETING AND SOME LAMINATE FLOORING. THE MEASURING AND INSTALLATION STAFF WAS PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, AND NEAT. THEY EVEN ADJUSTED A POCKET DOOR TO WORK WITH THE NEW TRANSITION STRIPS. A HIGHLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE...WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!
