These guys know their stuff PC's and windows. Saved me a bundle. Good to work with. Do what they say, when they say. Macintosh platform, not so much. WERY TRUSTWORTHY.

My Dell Laptop is about 6-7 years old. It was running very slow and would not connect to WiFi. I took it to Best. Buy and they said it was not worth fixing because it probable was the hard drive. Mind you they did not even turn it on. They wanted $200.00 just to do a diagnostic check and that I should consider just buying a new laptop. Called PC Doctors. It took them a while to answer the phone but they were very nice. Took it in that Friday afternoon. I told them what Best Buy said; they laughed. He said this was a great machine and it is definitely worth fixing. They said they could have it done by the next day. I said I didn't need it to take their time. They called Monday and told me it was done. Works great. Just like new. There are no bells and whistles. Just honest, reliable guys.i can't say enough good things about about them STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM

They are great and the price was very reasonable for what they did.

My daughter has a little wine refrigerator and PC Doctor are going to try and fix it. I had a problem with the whole-house wireless, and PC Doctor came to the house and put in a wireless service that did work through the whole house. They are really good as far as what they charge for diagnostics. They usually bundle it all together. A lot of times, if my computer has a virus or something like that, I pay something like $75 to reformat the computer and all that kind of stuff. They are very very reasonable. I like everything about them. There are two guys and one guy has his son working for them. They are very friendly, and almost we should send Christmas Cards because I go in there and we chat - I've just got a speeding ticket - and everytime I leave they say Now, be good! And I say Now, you know I won't be! They are more friends than business associates, and I've been doing business with this shop for a very long time. The previous owners had this one guy, Matt, that I always took my computer to. Well, Matt is now one of the owners. So I've been using Matt for five years under the previous owners and five years as the current owner.
