Very well.

Very well. After Mr. Koepplinger tuned our piano in his first visit. After this visit, my wife's friend said that our piano plays much better and sounds in tune.

I thought he did an excellent job.

Mr. Koepplinger was able to come within a few days of my call to him. He found our piano badly out of tune (down a quarter to half note); of the two options he gave us, we elected for the less expensive option (tune the piano to itself, rather than to the correct pitch). He spent about two hours and did a very competent job. The next week, a woman in my wife's group played the piano and remarked on how much better it played.

Mr. Koepplinger arrived exactly on time the day after a snowstorm left our area with 2 feet of snow. After chatting for a few minutes, he got right to work and worked steadily until the job was done.

We've used Koepplinger's for two years now to get an old, out-of-tune piano back in shape. He always does an EXCELLENT job and gives us a call each time we're due to tune again.

MR. KOEPPLINGER CALLS US EVERY YEAR TO REMIND US IT IS TIME FOR A TUNING. HE ALWAYS COMES AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND WORKS EFFICIENTLY. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE JOB HE DOES.
