The only thing that was done consistently was semi-annual checks. For most health issues that my dogs had, the service was not up to par or I had do go to another vet. Scheduling an appointment when for an urgent issue is usually a problem. We switched to another vet.

We've never had any problems with them. I think their prices are reasonable and sometimes cheaper then some of the other animal hospitals.

Normally, the cost is $49 per month. We have a health maintenance plan with them and we have two dogs. For regular checkups, it is good. It is part of the plan.

My dog was in for a follow up blood test which should have taken all of five minutes (all pretest temperature ect. had been already done). When the nurse my brought my dog back to me I noticed a discoloration around his mouth. I immediately opened his mouth an to my amazement all of the inside of his mouth, tounge and teeth were BLUE !!! I immediately questioned the nurse and she had no idea what he had injested or eaten. She took my dog back behind doors, all of two minutes and the nurse returned with the dog and Dr. Holland. I asked the doctor 'what did my dog ate and the doctor replied that my dog was with her an she had NO idea. I asked her if my dog was with her then how could she NOT know what my dog ate while being with her, she stuttered an was dumbfounded and could NOT speak could not answer and tell or chose NOT to tell me what had taken place.

I have pet insurance but every time you go there, they would just wrack the bill up with extra services. They just push a lot of blood testing and weird testing that you don’t need to do. My impression was they are newbie docs right out of vet school who don’t have that depth of experience yet. They were very nice, but they just didn’t know what they were talking about sometimes. I never saw a senior experienced vet at this location which I think would have been helpful. I just felt there was a lack of clinical experience.

My dog had heart failure and it was pretty clear but they couldn’t work that out. She even had a murmur which I could pick out. There was no ill intent but I ended up firing them.

They are very convenient. I can walk my dog there. I have not had a bad experience there. They are good. Our dog has a chronic eye condition, so the wellness plan works well for us and saves us money. I think their prices are on line with everyone else. The staff is very nice. They always seem to take care of my dog. I will continue to go there in the future and would recommend them to others.
