Personally involved from start to finish in project, visiting site multiple times daily to ensure expectations met and communicate with homeowners. Quality of work outstanding. Agreed to tight timelines on project completion to satisfy homeowners and met them.
Description of Work: On century home, repaired sagging 24' expanse wall by installing supports in crawl space, replastered 12' high wall once resupported; installed period 6" crown molding on 24x 20 room. On exterior, replaced weathered 12' x 16' wood flooring on front porch.
