I contacted Steve to get an estimate to scrape and paint around some windows as we were selling our home and needed to do the repairs to satisfy the contract. Steve was very punctual and called back and came over a couple times. He also was able to finish a stucco design in our laundry room that needed finished after a new electric box was installed. Steve was very friendly and we trusted him from the moment my husband and I met him. He came and did the work as he scheduled it and did an AWESOME job. And even gave us the leftover paint for the new owners to use if needed. We will most definitely call 1st Choice next time we need a painter.

Steve and his crew arrived exactly at the time discussed both days. They repaired some walls and ceiling damaged by water. They also prepped and painted a large bedroom. Both days they cleaned up after that days work was done. They were extremely professional and we are very pleased with their work and certainly will call them again.

Steve and his crew first fixed some trouble spots, power washed the house then primed the bare wood areas. Next they painted the entire house. They did a perfect job! They are very professional and courteous and make sure everything is done just right.

Steve came out and gave me a quote the same day I called him. His estimate was very reasonable. He has a very good polite crew. They arrived when they said they would. They did an excellent job. The house looks terrific. They did such a nice job we had them stain the deck as well.
