They wanted all the money up front in cash. We gave them half and he stopped again and asked for the remaining money in cash before even starting the roof. We didn?t give it to him. Gave us three different start dates for the job. When they didn?t show up the first time they gave another date and again a no show. Did show up the third date they gave us. Work was done in two days. We pointed out some problems with the work and they said they would be back in a couple weeks to fix the problems. Never heard from them again. Our son in law hired them for repairs to his roof before we realized they were problematic. They took the money from his insurance company and never came back. He hired a lawyer but the company dissolved and opened a new company under the owners? daughter?s name. I guess we were lucky that our roof was replaced at all.

Hired them to do work on my roof and soffit, I paid them and then they went no contact and will not return calls, or return my money, they did not do any work either. They stole my money would not recommend using them.

Happy I chose them. Communicated constantly with me. Job was done in time frame I was told. Workers were quick. Cleaned up was amazing. I definitely recommend them.

I really wanted to give this company five stars. They put a new garage roof on for me and they did an excellent job. They did do a little bit of damage to my gutters and I gave them 176 extra dollars cash to put new gutters on both sides of the garage and one on my back porch they said they would be able to take care of that that weekend they never came back. I did Reach out to them and called them and left a machine message. I?ve called back numerous times but only left one machine message that was quite a while ago so they never finished the job and took my $176 cash really sad because I wanted to hire them to put a deck on my house that would?ve been more work for them.

The contractor came out to bid the job. The contractor and I discussed tearing off old roof and plywood and putting on all new plywood and shingles. Also, we discussed putting on a ridge vent, replacing any bad joists for $80 per joist. We agreed on a price of $9,800.00 and the job would be started Tuesday, October 29, 2024. On Tuesday morning I had to call the contractor and see where the crew was. They cancelled for the day because it rained that morning. Wednesday morning the contractor called and said they werent going to be out today, but a crew showed up and started work. The crew stated that it was a last minute decision. The crew worked on the roof and stated they only replaced three bad spots on the roof. I contacted the contractor and she stated that was all that was bad. The crew kept working and returned to finish on Thursday. Half way through the day I was showing my helper the dip in the roof and told the crew to stop working and to get the contractor out to the job. The crew decided to come off the roof and got into my parents and my face yelling and screaming calling us "niggers" and threatening us and showing us that they had a gun. The police were called and the contractor came out and said we were lying about having the joists fixed at an additional cost. So I hired two people to help fix the joists on Friday, November 1st. On Thursday I went on the roof and there was no felt paper in some areas also, boots were not replaced. Thursday evening one of the roofers came out to finish putting down felt paper since it was going to rain. Saturday after the joists were mended the roofer came out and finished shingling the roof. No ridge vent was installed and the plywood was not all replaced as quoted. The contractor came to make us aware that the job was done, but we were not home and they went next door to my parents house to tell them to make us aware that the roof was complete and that the dumpster was to be picked up Monday, November 4th. The contractor called and scheduled to meet with me at 9am to go over the roof and to collect the rest of the payment. The contractor did not show at 9am. After waiting 30 minutes I went to work. My wife called and said that the contractor came by about 10:10am and was looking for me to collect the payment. My wife stated that I was not there and went to work and that we did not have the check. The contractor called and stated that they were running behind and that they cannot do scheduled times to meet. They were requesting that we left the check in an envelope in the door if we were not able to meet.

Had roof and siding replaced, 2 doors replaced and a part of our deck redone. Great people and great work.

This company is suberb!! Background checked, family owned and run.. they cleaned up amazingly! Wow! I will definitely call them for future work as well as recommend them to everyone.
