It's not necessary to write very much. I will just say that their response time was very quick. We received very professional service. Everything that was done was thoroughly explained bfore, duting, and at the end. They were very forthcoming about their pricing and worked extremely well with our insurance company. I think their service was outstanding and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They cleaned up the water, plaster and wall board that had fallen onto my bed and floor.  Then they shampooed, deoderized, sanitized and dried everything that had gotten wet, including the floor boards in the ceiling!.  Then they took out all the furniture and covered the walls and windows with plastic.  Next, they cut out all the damaged ceiling and repaired it with new sheetrock.  They had to replaster a lot of the ceiling because it was a textured ceiling.  Then they coated the whole ceiling with Kills stain retardent,  and then repainted the whole ceiling.  After everything dried, they came back and removed the plastic and thoroughly cleaned and reshampooed the carpet in the bedroom.  They replaced all my furniture exactly where I wanted it.  Then they shampooed all the carpet that they had walked on in the house, including the stairway.  Since they had worn booties on their feet everytime they came in, they hadn't made any messes on the carpet.  But they shampooed it all anyway, just in case, they said!  Mike, the owner, and all of the employees were the greatest bunch of people.  They were all very nice, friendly, courteous, and very careful with my furniture, walls, etc.  They made me believe that they really cared about the work they were doing and wanted to give me the very best result possible!  I am very pleased with the job they did.  I hope I never have to use them again, but if I ever have water damage again, I will certainly call them back.
