Do not use Holzer for MRI. They run 2-3X what dedicated diagnostic clinics cost. and your Doctor, especially if affiliated with Holzer, which is a For-Profit business, will not tell you. Holzer wanted to charge me $1580 for a basic no-contrast MRI for a possible torn labrum, and then $484 to read it, totaling $2064. ProScan or Columbus Diagnostic were both under $500 for the MRI, and I found a Doctor to read it for $180. They do not have the best interests of the patient at heart.
Description of Work: Pricing for standard no-contrast MRI.

Description of Work: He's my GP. I see no areas of improvement; he's really good at not ordering tests that aren't needed. Sometimes I feel like he's too conservative.

Doctor Broy is caring and easy to talk with. His answers are clear and he respects any reservations you may have about unnecessary medical attention. He was unable (unwilling?) to recommend a specialist about memory loss, but that may be due to restrictions about healthcare provider networks beyond his control.
Description of Work: General health check-up, annual.

Check in wait about an hour then it will take about another hour before anyone even checks you out.
Description of Work: The clinic is not that bad but they over charge really bad. They charge anything from $200.00 to $500.00 just for a check up visit. If you have to get X ray's done you will be looking into the $1,000.00's If you have time to look around for another clinic I would I don't plan to go back there unless I really have to.

My overall experience there was outstanding. The speed in which they took care of me. I was in and out. The short time it took them to take care of my problem.

I saw Dr. Kiger most recently for a 3 month check-up for my blood pressure and pre-diabetes. I arrived very close to my appointment time and was taken in to a room within 5 minutes of arriving. The nurse came in immediately and updated my current list of medications and general information about my treatment and lifestyle. The nurse then took my vital signs and relayed the information to me, asking if I have been monitoring my blood pressure and blood sugar at home. She then left and Dr. Kiger came in within a few minutes and asked how everything was going. She reviewed my previous lab results with me and asked if I had been making diet changes based on her recommendations. We discussed my overall health and medication status as well as my smoking cessation. She then ordered routine blood work for me (fasting blood sugar, lipids, cholesterol & triglycerides, etc) to see how I was progressing and a staff member called me the next day to discuss the results, answer any additional questions and offer recommendations on altering my treatment based on the results. I am very pleased with the care Dr. Kiger and her staff provide.
Description of Work: I first started seeing Dr. Kiger about a year ago to begin regular medical visits since I had not been to a regular doctor in 10 years. Dr. Kiger and her staff are very friendly and make you realize that they honestly care about your overall health. Dr. Kiger is always friendly and willing to explain anything in terms that are easy to understand, and will talk over treatment options to find one that suits you (ie: with medication, with medication and diet changes, or no medication with diet and exercise, etc.).

I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving in the waiting area and was greeted by a lab technician who took me to the blood draw room. She was friendly and very skilled at her job and was finished within 2 minutes. There was no bruising or pain at the blood draw site which can be a problem sometimes. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional.
Description of Work: I was referred by my primary care physician for routine blood work.
