Went to look at a car for sale. I couldn't get anyone to talk to me, everyone seemed to be on their cell phones. A man named brent was very rude.

I have used Don Wood Ford service for 12 years. They have kept my 1997 Ford F-150 running superbly -- now up to 130,000 miles. They are always courteous, their mechanics are experienced and competent, and they fix what is wrong and never create new problems! They always tell me what the options are...if there is a cheaper way to fix something and they think it is safe and effective, the tell me about it and let me choose which option to use. In some cases I have chosen the cheaper fix, and been thrilled--which is why I am happy to return for routine maintenance or future repairs.

Yes, there are cheaper places to get my truck fixed, but I am always confident in the job done at Don Wood Ford and feel they will keep my truck going another 12 years!
