ANDERSON CARLEY DESIGNS

After I had a waterline break in my master bathroom, I had to replace my master bedroom carpet. I contacted Shannon at Anderson Carley Design, and she helped update that color scheme in my house that was built in 1969. About 6 months later, she contacted me to see if I had finished decorating the bedroom and needed any help with picking out accessories. Since I had not, I invited her over. She had many wonderful ideas and finished decorating the bedroom using some of my existing decorations. Shannon was great to work with and she exceeded all my expectations. I get many wonderful comments on the job she performed. I am very satisfied with the experience and work she did. What I liked the most is how she worked with me to customized the final product to my own personal style.

Shannon was a good listener and had a good amount of technical knowledge and a strong sense of style and design foundations. When we weren't sure about a decision and just needed her to tell us what would work best, she gave clear direction. On the other hand, she didn't take it personally when my wife and I had ideas different from hers. We just continued conversing together until all the details were narrowed down. We changed our minds on details from time to time and she was very patient. We appreciated how much she communicated with us and kept the project moving forward. Her knowledge, connections, and leg work saved us an enormous amount of time.
